1. What types of barcodes do you offer?
- We offer a wide range of barcode types, including Code 128, UPC, EAN, QR codes,
and more. Each type is suited for different applications—Code 128 for serialized inventory, UPC for retail products, and QR codes for interactive
marketing.
2. How do I choose the right label material?
- Paper A cost-effective choice for short-term use such as shipping, packaging, and retail. Offers excellent print quality and easy application.
- Polypropylene (PP) Resistant to moisture, chemicals, and abrasion—ideal for demanding environments like warehouses, logistics, and product packaging.
- Polyester (PET) Ultra-durable and built to withstand heat, chemicals, and harsh conditions. Perfect for industrial, automotive, and long-term asset labeling.
3. What adhesive options are available?
- We offer permanent, removable, and specialty adhesives (like freezer-grade or
high-tack). The right adhesive depends on your surface and environment—smooth packaging, rough containers, cold storage, etc.
4. What is the difference between thermal transfer and direct thermal
printing?
- Thermal Transfer uses a ribbon and creates durable, long-lasting labels. Best for heat, light, or chemical exposure.
- Direct Thermal requires no ribbon and is great for short-term applications like shipping labels but fades over time.
5. What size barcode label should I use?
- The size depends on your product, scan distance, and the amount of data
encoded. Common sizes include 1 x 0.5, 2 x 0.5, 2 x 1, 2 x 1.5, 3 x 1, 3 x 2, and 4 x 2. - We can help recommend the right size based on your use case.
6. Can I get custom or serialized barcode labels?
- Yes! We offer both static and sequential barcode labels, as well as custom variable data. You can provide a list of numbers or specify a starting point and format for serialized runs.
7. Are your labels compatible with all scanners?
- Yes, we print using industry-standard symbologies with precise contrast and
spacing to ensure compatibility with all major barcode scanners and POS
systems.
8. Can I order small quantities or sample packs?
- Absolutely. We offer flat packs in as few as 50 labels, so you can test materials and barcode formats before placing a larger order.
9. Do you offer digital barcode downloads
- Yes, you can purchase digital barcode files formatted for sheet labels (e.g., Avery templates), ready to print from your own laser or inkjet printer.
10. How durable are the printed barcodes
- We use high-quality materials and print technologies that ensure excellent
durability. For tough environments, we recommend polyester labels with thermal
transfer printing.
